Calendar Outlook 2007 Adding Notes

I am a consultant enigineer and I would like to be able to add notes to a
specific calendar day so that I can review those notes for billing purposes.
In the paper planners I have used that was always a convienent feature I used
to jog my memory. I know I can add notedsto a meeting, but most of the items
I want to jot down are to related to a meeting.

So, open the event and write what you want in the notes pane.
