calendar no longer shows when I click on it

-- When I started with "outlook" (6 weeks ago), a virtual calendar would show
on screen, which I found very convenient. Now the calendar is GONE.

-- Also the format of e-mail inbox is changed, and I would like to have the
simplified
original format back.

gee you're making us guess a lot here.

What version? I guess version 2003.

When exactly did you see this Virtual Calendar? In which folder were you at
the time? Do you mean the little calendar that shows one or more months?
(Date Navigator) Click the Calendar folder and it will be there.

Maybe you should use the Folder List view in the left corner of screen to
make Outlook more like previous versions (if you have version 2003).

In what way has the format of the Inbox changed? Is it now grouped by Date
(today, yesterday, last week, older etc) and that annoys you? If so, turn
off the Arrange By functions (View | Arrange By | uncheck Show In Groups)
