Calendar Merging

Hello
I've got a customer who has three exchange accounts
setup. Each account represents a conference room and he
really just uses the calendar (not the inbox) of each
account to schedule time in that conference room. Well,
he has now approached me about making a "master" calendar
that one could look at to see all the meetings of the
upcoming week (assuming the individual conference room
calendars were filled out correctly). My first question
is if this is even possible? Could I setup another
resource account that contains teh merged calendars? If
so, would this be a manual process or is there some way to
automate this? Thanks.
