After furious head-scratching, Carl B asked this group:
| Milly,
| I am using Outlook 2002 SP3. I have sent meeting requests to myself
| from other computers and have received requests from others from a
| number of different computers and they are all received here as
| standard mail text. The same requests are received as calendar
| requests at other user's computers on a variety of other outlook
| versions.
