Hello,

I had to reinstall Microsoft Office 2003 after my
computer crashed. I reimported my Outlook files into a
personal folder I called "Old Outlook." I now find that
I have 2 calendars, a blank new one that seems to be the
primary calendar, and an old one that has all my
appointments on it.

Although the calendar properties tell me that the old
calendar is located in "Old Outlook," I can't find it as
a separate file or folder.

How can I substitute the old calendar for the new one
(that is, make the old calendar the primary calendar in
Outlook)? Thanks for any help you can provide.

File->Data Management. Does your Old Outlook show up there?

Milly, I just found your reply. Thanks.

Yes, "Old Outlook" shows up as a folder that contains all my old folders
except for Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks. I actually ended up transferring
the calendar entries manually, but I still can't change the primary calendar.
I've discovered also that I have the same problem with Tasks and Contacts.

I would appreciate any ideas, since I'm spending a ton of time making sure
that I haven't missed an old task or appointment. Thanks.
