I have an application that requires mutplie public calendars, on which I
want to set automatic "coloring rules". The problem is that, as I
undertand it, I would have to set the colors and rules on every
user/machine that needs it set up this way. I am looking for a way to
script the creation of the correct label text values and rules so I can
automatically apply them to multiple machines, but I can't seem to find
any doucmentation on this.

Anybody know how to do this, or where I can find the appopriate
documentation?

Thanks,
Steve Cohn

Sue -
Thanks! this looks good - but in looking over your site I came across
something that is "Almost" exactly what I want - The Availability Viewer
- However (always a cath right!).

Is there any way to get it to show the Label Colors rather than the
"availability' colors? Alternatively, is there any way to alter/add to
the "show time as" list? My application involves a number of Dr.s and
Nurses who work at multiple offices - I need to show at a glance, all
the people, and where they are (office 1,2,3, vacation, surgery, etc).

Thanks,
Steve Cohn

Not in the availability grid, which simply does what it's designed to do,
which is manage free/busy information. See
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm for applications that may
be more like what you're looking for.
