Calendar is stuck on 2/23/09 & will not move to current day autom

Calendar is stuck on 2/23/2009

My monthly calendar in Outlook is stuck on February 23, 2009. I place it on
the correct date then go back to the inbox and back to calendar and again
reverts to February 23, 2009. How can I reset Outlook to the correct date?
