Hey guys, I have a user that created a PST file and created a calendar in it.
He says that when someone sends him a meeting request the appointment gets
entered into that calendar instead of the default calender in outlook. We are
running exchange 2000 and he is using outlook 2003. I think he has a rule
applied, but anyone have any other ideas why this would be happening?

Also reagarding the same user, am I correct the max limit of rules that
outlook/exchange can contain is 32kb?

Thanks!

Mike

Hi Mike,
....a user that created a PST file and created a calendar in it.
He says that when someone sends him a meeting request the appointment gets
entered into that calendar instead of the default calender in outlook.

I understand that he is also using Exchange but has in addition a PST file.
The the appointment gets into the PST calendar instead of the Exchange
Mailbox Calendar. Right?

Maybe his default folder is now the PST file and not the Exchange Server? He
could check this, I think, under Tools/email accouns/view or edit existing
e-mail-accounts, in the left corner, what is selected asfolder for "New
messages transfer to:" the exchange server or the PST file?

If the Exchange is the default mailbox, what happends if he delete the PST
file from the Outlook profile?
the max limit of rules that
outlook/exchange can contain is 32kb?
