I recently purchased a new PC with Windows XP and installed Office 2000 on
it. Everything worked fine until one day my Outlook Calendar stopped
accepting new entries. Every time I try to make an entry I get the following
message:
"Could not save item. The messaging interface has returned an unknown error.
If the problem persists, restart Outlook"
I went one step further and completely uninstalled the entire Office 2000
from my PC and then reinstalled, but the problem persists.
Before the problem started I installed an HP all-in-one printer with all the
associated software and had problems with it. I uninstalled the HP and
reinstalled it and that's when this problem started.
Would appreciate any suggestions
