Is there a way to place information from an Access table
into a calendar format?

That's actually more than a calendar. What you are looking
for is a scheduling application. You can build one, or use
something like Outlook (which is a scheduling application,
contact manager, and email application. If you want to
build one, there are calendars available here:

Acutally, all I want to be able to do is gather some
dates and put them into an access database and then be
able to report them on a calendar so that I can send the
calendar to all my teachers.

The information needs to be kept in Access for other
reasons. We just want to report what is happening each
month.

Thank you for the info - I appreciate it. Slight problem
though, after I have downloaded the file, I am unable to
open it. I get the following message "You are trying to
open a read-only database."

I assume this might be because the file is an older version of Access than
you are using. You can try to convert it to your newer version.
