Calendar Icon for Alarm

I am using Outlook 2007 and I do not see a "alarm" icon in my view of the
calendar even whenit is set to alarm. I know that in Outlook 2003 I use to
have the "alarm" icon of a bell.

How can I have the bell show in Outlook 2007. I don't see anything in the
options for it or am I just missing something?

+1 for putting it back.
I rely on alarms, and some of my colleagues forget to include alarms when
scheduling appt's, and I need to be able to quickly see any appt's that need
an alarm added by hand by me.

It won't be back in Outlook 2007 but was made optional in 2010.
