Dear All
I have created a custom calendar form for use on a shared calendar. It has
been published to the Organisational Forms Library. I have added a new tab
to the standard appointment form for users to tick what resources they want
to use when hiring a conference room.
The user invites the meeting room using my form and a secretary accepts it.
All seems to work fine.
When anyone then looks at the calendar they can see the meeting but when
they double-click on it, the appointment date and time changes to the
current date/time. They then get the option to save the changes. Most people
can't actually save to that calendar, but the secretaries can and if they
save changes by mistake, the appointment is moved in the calendar.
I did not make any (intentional) changes to the Appointment tab on the
standard form.
Can anyone suggest where the problem is occurring and a solution to this?
Many thanks in advance.
