I would like to set up a calander for scheduling three
different doctors that I can view in one window. How do I
do this?

What version of Outlook are you using, and if 98 or 2000, what mail support
mode? If you're not sure, look at the second line of Help | About Microsoft
Outlook -- it should say "Internet Mail Only" or "Corporate/Workgroup".
(Outlook 97, 2002, and 2003 don't have separate modes.)

If you're not using Exchange Server in your office, the only way to do this
in Outlook would be to open each calendar in a new window and then tile the
windows. You may also want to look at the add-ins listed on the following
page:

http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm

And if there's any chance you can upgrade to Outlook 2003, this latest
version lets you easily view multiple calendars in one window.

I am using Outlook 2002 in a corporate Exchange
environment and have the same problem. Is there any
functionality within Outlook 2002 which works in the same
way as the Outlook 2000 mutli-viewer utility?

You should have a group schedule function that either a button on the
Standard toolbar or situated on the Actions menu (you need to select the
Calendar folder first.)
