Calendar Events don't Display

I recieved a message from my user stating the following..

My Calendar don't always show up and sometimes they may
show up a day or so later. I have not found a common
ground when this happens to help you out.

This is the message I recieved but I haven't found any
information from anyone else about a known problem or
solution. Can anyone help?
 
Your question is a little vague, and you didn't mention
which version of Outlook...but, you may want to check
and see if the clients Outlook calendar is set for "Always
use local calendar" in the TOOLS | OPTIONS.
