Calendar events/appointments working spottily

I have a NET Folder shared for a group calendar. Appointments are
getting added inconsistently. Sometimes they show up, sometimes they
do not, on the network calendar. Everyone except me is an author (I'm
an Editor, as I am the domain admin). I have sent updates and sent
updates to no avail.

Can someone help me out here?
 
Oh, sorry...forgot to mention. We are all using Outlook 2000. Some
are using Windows XP Professional, most are using Windows 2000
Professional.
