calendar event not giving reminder

My reminder display that is suppose to pop up on my
screen to remind me of an event is not working properly.
Sometimes the reminder does not show up for serveral days
and sometimes hours. It use to work great but lately not
working at all. Do you have any suggestions?
 
Try opening Outlook using the ".../CleanReminders" switch. The
link(s) below (depending upon your Outlook version) will give
you the instructions on how to use it.
