I am a lawyer and attend court daily. Court hearings are
all listed either at 10.00am or 2.00pm and I often have
up to 10 clients appearing at one hearing.

In outlook appointments taht are at the same time as each
other are stacked side by side. As more are added the
entries become narrower until the readable text is
meaningless.

More than 6 entries and they aren't diplayed at all.

I synchrinise with a PDA. On the PDA all appointemnts
for the same time are listed one below the other, meaning
all can be viewed an read.

Can outlook on my PC be set up to work in the same way.
The only view I can find that does this is in "Outlook
Today". However I need to view the calendars of several
employees as well, and can only view outlook today on my
own calendar.

Anyone got any suggestions?

You may have a look at the MS Outlook Team Calendar.
I'm not sure if this will meet your needs but it is very easy
to setup and try.
