Calendar Entries Disapearing

I'm using Outlook 2002 and find that when I go to look at
my Calendar after a few days loads of my appointments keep
disapearing - This has been happening for months - I have
to re-enter them and find them disapear again - I am using
offline syncronisation with an Exchange 2000 Server. Any
ideas?
 
Is your Exchange Admin running any Virus cleaning programs
on the server? There is an issue if the M: drive is scanned.

Yes, we're using Symantec for Exchange and Norton
Antivirus - I'll switch off the scanning of the M drive
and see if this helps.
