When one of my users click on their calendar it doesn't display the little
calendar in the top left corner. Is this a setting change or is it more in
depth?

If they're using Outlook 2003 (always state the Outlook version), perhaps
they have the Date Navigator hidden. Click View and make sure "Navigation
Pane" is checked or, more simply, press Alt-F1.

Sorry, it is Outlook 2003. She is only having the problem on Terminal Server
2003. It isn't the Navigation Pane. When she views the month there is a
bunch of letters and numbers in random order. The week and day view is fine,
but the calendar in the Navigation Pane doesn't appear.

What happens when she clicks View>Taskpad while in the Calendar?

Her tasks for the day show up, but the calendar is not visible. I also
noticed that under her received header in email; the date and time stamp
don't appear. I've deleted her profile and recreated it, but I still have
the same problem. As far as I know she is the only user having the problem.

Then she should be able to see a small drag point just above the taskpad.
Dragging this down should open the Date Navigator.

I'm stumped too and it is right in front of me. Thanks for your help, and
I'll keep on researching.
