Calendar display on screen vs. printout

Hello,
Using Outlook 2007 on a Windows XP client along with Exchange 2003.
When I print out my monthly calendar, it displays the owner/originator of
recurring & one time appts & meetings on 'some' but not all so I don't see a
pattern. How can I get it to printout without displaying that?

You can't disable it. if you can figure out why it's not showing for
everything, you may be able use the method to keep all from printing. (I'm
guessing it might be related to length of the subject.)
