Calendar control

I want to put a calendar control on a date field in a form so that the end
user can pick a date from the calendar rather then type it where do I find
this and how do I put it on my form????

My favourite approach is to use the all-API calendar Stephen Lebans has at
http://www.lebans.com/monthcalendar.htm This eliminates versioning problems
when moving the database from one machine to another.
