Calendar Control with text input?

Dear all,

I'm trying to find a control/component (ideally free) which will
enable me to have a calendar view on the page (which I can specify the
size of etc), which will enable the user to click in a date "box" and
then either I can load another page for data entry, or type straight
into the box.

So far I've seen lots of date "pickers" but that isn't really what I
want. I suppose I'm looking for something more similar to Outlook's
calendar etc.

Does anyone have any references/url's that they would be willing to
share?

I'm hoping to write a small booking type application and this would
make for a nice interface.

Looking for the same thing.... So far all I have found is the following:

Only catch is you need to have VB6 inorder to use it.

web based solution, not a windows one..
