Calendar & Contacts with Briefcase

XP Pro on all nodes of wireless home-network, with Office 2003 suite. Can
setup Briefcase utility for user data files I create and modify, but don't
know how to use Briefcase to include Contacts, Calendar, & Email (my ISP can
help me with last item, by keeping downloaded emails on Server until I delete
them on a PC). Ideally, I want my desktop and my laptop, which are setup
identically, to include these items in updating, and most preferable would be
ability (since it is a wireless home-network) for this updating to be
automatically done whenever I return home with my laptop and get in wireless
connection range. Any step-by-step suggestions, or even alternative software
routes to consider if out of the scope of Briefcase?
