I've recently been asked about different methods of backing up items into personal folders or archiving items in Outlook 203 in order to save space on our exchange server. I've been able to figure out backing up emails, notes, etc. to a personal folder by just dragging from the inbox into personal folder. Is it possible to do this in some way with calendar items? Say if I want to save an appointment from three months ago, it it possible to move this into a personal folder?
