Calendar appointments not updating

Running Exch2000 SP3, Outlook2002 SP2.
When some users set appointments the times do not always
update on the other person's calendar. User "A" sets upan
appointment, User "B" makes a mtg time change request, but
User "A" doesn't show the new time.
Where to look to troubleshoot? Servers, GC's and network
are fine.

I am also experiencing this problem and have yet to find a fix, pleas
help!
