calendar appointments in outlook

every time i try to write an appointment or even save an invitation in my
calendar in outlook I receive the following message: "the form requiered to
view this message can not be displayed. contact your administrator"
i am the administrator;
does anybody know how to fix this problem?
 
You can clean your forms cache to resolve this problem. However, since you did not post your version of Outlook, here are generic directions - Tools->Options->Other->Advanced->Custom Forms->Manage.
