We are running Windows XP OS, and Office XP. In Outlook
2002, there's a weird thing happening with one of the
clients. When she's in Calendar, "Day View" -- the
appointment entries show not only the "Subject" line, but
also include the "Location" and "comments" information
(this is without expanding the appointment entry). Also,
if she just moves her mouse cursor over the appointment
entry, all of this information shows up, similar to
the "Tooltip" effect on the toolbar. Any ideas how
this "feature" would have gotten turned on and how we can
turn it off? Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated! Thanks.
