Calendar Appointments Have 1 Day / 1 Hour Added?

Keith

For some reason, when one of my users logged onto a PC at a remote site
(connected by permanent VPN), and went to Outlook (Outlook 2002 running on
Win XP Pro, drawing mail for Exchange 2000 on Win 2k Server), all his
calendar appointments which occurred after British Summer Time have either
gained a full day (if they were appointments spanning one or more days with
no start/end time), or gained a full hour (if they were appointments with
specific start/end times).

What has caused this? And Can it be put back to normal automatically, or is
he, as I have told him, not stuck going through manually?

Thanks

I don't know if this will be any help: Anytime one of our
user's reports that their emails and appointments appear
to have moved to the small hours of the morning, it's
usually their computer's clock that has changed. Just
double-click on the clock in the bottom right-hand corner
of the desktop and ensure that the user is in the correct
timezone.
