Remove ABCD from Email address to reply

I am using Outlook 2007 w/BCM on a XP Pro system.

When I create an appointment in Outlook and select a contact from BCM for
the Contact at the lower edge of the appointment it does not show up in the
BCM history for the that BCM contact. Shouldn't it be there?

You need to click on "link to record" in the upper right hand corner. Then
change the contact list to BCM and choose who you would like to like

This is due to a very lame BCM design oversight which requires a 2-step
workflow. You have to also manually go up into the ribbon of the Outook
Appointment record and then click on Link to record to select the BCM data
item that you want to reverse-link the appointment to. After doing this, it
will display in the history of the BCM contact record.

Thank you for the response, it should have been obvious to me.

If you open the contact and then create the appointment, it links
correctly, does it not?
