Hello, all,

I'm sure this is probably ridiculously easy to do, but
danged if I can find it...

I have my calendar set to daily view. My tasks appear in
the right column. I know it's possible to also get my
notes to appear in the right column beneath the tasks, but
I can't figure out how to do it. Can anyone help?

Thanks,
-Sharon

You have to print the calendar out. The blank notes area
appears only on printouts.

Odd, several of us here distinctly remember when we got
the system the Notes appeared on the calendar and we
removed them because at that time we didn't use the
function.

In the print preview File|Print, Daily Style, Page Set Up,
1 page/day, the blocks show to the left - one for
the "monthly" calendars, one for tasks and a third, which
when we set up our systems is where we all remember the
Notes being. Weird!

So, then, how do you make the notes print in that area? I
created test notes (File|New|Note) and even with a number
of notes saved, the notes area is completely blank when
the calendar is printed, even with the option to print the
notes selected. Not a one of 'em shows up.

Thanks,
Sharon

File | New | Note creates a new item in the Notes folder, which has nothing to do with the Calendar.

Repeating: The **blank** notes area appears only on printouts. It's blank. It's always blank.

Perhaps you're having a flashback to Schedule+? <g>
