Ok im going to try and be as clear as possible here...

I have a client that has 3 different calendars, 1 for the
meeting room bookings, 1 for the projector bookings and 1
for the clients.

Currently they book a time for the meeting room, then book
the time for the projector, then invite the people to the
meeting.

What they want to do is all of this in one step, book the
meeting room, projector and the people who are invited to
that meeting. Which seems simple enough but what they
don't want is the people who aren't invited to the meeting
to not be able to see the calendar. This to me be
something like changing view permissions on the calander
according to who is invited and who isn't which seems like
alot more work that what is happening currently.

So I ask if there is a way to accomplish all of these
steps in 1 or 2.

Thanks for any input, and if something doesn't make sense
I'll try to clarify.

One person can create a meeting request and invite all people and resources
at the same time. But what I don't understand is your question regarding
permissions. So certain people are supposed to view the calendar and some
aren't?

From what I get from the client explaining it, is they
only want the people invited to that particular meeting to
be able to see what the meeting is about. and the people
NOT invited able to see the resources booked, but NOT see
what the meeting is about.

This is confusing me aswell...

Thanks for any help, sounds impossible to me.

In order for Outlook to work they way you want, you must
first set up the Conference, and Projector as a RESOURCE
on your Exchange Server. Once you do that and then set
permsissions, all you have to do is Click on ACTION on
your Toolbar and click PLAN A MEETING. When the window
open up, look at the bottom left corner and click "ADD
OTHERS". Select your meeting attendees, then slecect the
conference room and or projector desired and click
RESOURCE. Repeat until all attendees and resources have
been added. Lastly, click MAKE MEETING"

Good Luck!
