Calendar and Color Coding

Does outlook calendar allow for color coding the appts so
as to enable ease of identification of meetings/appts
based on a topic being tied to a specific color code?
 
In Outlook 2002 and 2003, you can assign a colored label to an appointment.
The label drop down is on the first page of the appointment form.
