calendar ad-in

Ipurchased the j-bot calendar and when I run it I get
the error message:-

run time error 429
active x component
can't create object

Can anyone help please? ... and yes I have sent several
e-mails to webs unlimited over the past week, every one
ignored. I have also called 3 phone numbers and each time
I either go round in circles with the phone sys or I just
get a machine. Has anyone else had the same problem ? I
only used them because they are listed on the Microsoft
site.
 
You will just have to wait until they get back to you.

Are you absolutely sure they have actually received your emails?

Make sure you are using (e-mail address removed)
