Mike

We just installed Outlook 2003 and there are two things I cannot figure out.
First, how can I move additional calendars from "My Calendars" to "Other
Calendars" in Calendar view? The reason for this is calendars listed under
Other Calendars have a label across the top so you know which calendar you
are looking at when more than one is checked.

Second, how can you get Outlook to remember what calendars are checked so
you do not have to reset them each time you open Outlook? Thanks in advance
for any help you can provide.

Second one first - you can't. It's often requested though.

You are using other mailboxes and they are in my calendars? Also add them
using share other people s calendars on the nav pane then add the check in
that box. You can r-click on the my calendar version to remove it from the
view if you want.

Diane, thanks for your help!

I did not see a share other people's calendar option. There was a share my
calendar but I did not find any way to add others calendars. Removing the
calendar from my calendar did not make it available under 'other calendars'.

I did finally find a way to get them to show up as 'other calendars'. The
calendars that were showing up under 'my calendars' were part of additional
mailboxes in my Outlook profile. I must first remove the mailbox from my
profile. Then if I Open Other User's Folder and select calendar, it adds it
to my other calendar list. After that I can add the mailbox back to my
profile the calendar shows up under both other and my calendar. What a
pain.
