Good morning,

Does anyone know the correct key sequence (in Windows Calculator) to
calculate Nth root calculations?

It comes back to basic maths: The fifth root of x is the same
as x to the power of 0.2. The caclulator can easily do x^y.

So where N is the original number and R is the root, the sequence would be:

N <x^y> R <1/x> <=>

Give it a try! The fifth root of 32 is 2.

Use the "Inv" option (on left just below "Hex" in scientific view)

For 32 to 5th root:-

Enter 32

Click x^y

Enter 5

Click on box next to "Inv" to put a tick there

Click = or press return
