Calculating GPA from our grade scale

Can someone PLEASE help me? I need to create a form to use that calculates
current GPA's for students using our grading scale and credit hours.
 
That's probably a bit too generic to get much in the way of help.

The folks here in the newsgroups provide specific suggestions for specific
descriptions.

.... and it all starts with the data (which you've not described). Since
we're not there, we don't know about "your grading scale and credit hours"

Ummm...

how could we help you given what you have posted?

We cannot see your grading scale nor have you provided any information about
the GPA algorithm that you would like to use. Nor do we know anything about
the Tables in your database, or where or how the grades are stored.

We'll be glad to help, if you give us the information that would let us do so.
