I am using Access 2002. I have a report that contains two groupings and I am
having the report sum the number of items in the both the major group and the
subgroups within the major group. I would like the report to calculate and
show for each subgroup the percentage that is represented by the total number
of items in the subgroup divided by the total number of items in the major
group.
Is there a way to do this in the design of the Report? Or must I set up a
query to count the fields to which the groupings apply and then have the
query calculate a percentage?
