Well Access Gurus, I have appreciated your past help and once again I am
needing advice.
I am doing a summary report from a query and it is successful except for 2
more calc fields

TRACK RN TB1 RT1 TB2 RT2 TB3 RT3 TB4 RT4 W_NO NSW_W NSW_P
Belmont 1 2 57 4 47 3 45 1 44 10 4.90 1.80
Belmont 3 3 52 7 45 2 45 1 44 2 8.10 1.90
Belmont 4 6 54 9 47 3 46 1 44 9 1.70 1.20
Belmont 5 2 55 5 47 1 47 3 44 5 1.40 1.20
Belmont 6 3 53 2 51 1 44 5 43 3 1.70 1.04
Belmont 7 1 56 6 48 9 44 2 43 3 1.70 1.04
Belmont 8 1 52 4 52 3 49 8 42 3 1.70 1.04
Bendigo 2 7 55 1 52 2 44 3 43 2 6.30 2.20
Bendigo 5 4 50 3 49 2 47 1 44 12 13.90 3.90
Bendigo 6 6 52 2 47 12 46 1 43 7 10.00 3.50
Bendigo 7 6 54 1 46 5 46 2 46 7 7.60 2.80
Bendigo 8 6 48 3 47 1 46 7 45 11 22.10 5.90

6 fields are the required calc fields
"TB1,TB2,TB3,TB4,W_NO,NSW_W"

trying to achieve

No Runners 12..........."=Count([tb1])"
No TB1 Winners 1............."=Sum(IIf([TB1]=[W_NO],1))"
No TB2 Winners 2............."=Sum(IIf([TB2]=[W_NO],1))"
No TB3 Winners 3............."=Sum(IIf([TB3]=[W_NO],1))"
No TB Winners 0............."=Sum(IIf([TB4]=[W_NO],1))"

Well I am getting this Info no problem with those calc fields
Now for the calc field that stumps me???
I want to know which of those Matched from the above fields with the [W_NO]
Match [NSW_W]
The answer is $8.10
I think it is a Max Function and I have tried many times to no success
Hope you can follow what I have explained

Regards
Graham

May be just me, but I'm not understanding exactly what you mean by "I want
to know which of those Matched from the above fields with the [W_NO]
Match [NSW_W]", and where $8.10 comes into the picture (don't see that value
in your results)? Can you be more specific about what you want to achieve?
