I'd like to send out a notice to my clients about the upcoming upgrades
regarding Daylight Savings Time. I saw one on the web, but telling folks to
print their calendars (as i saw here
http://www.technologyrage.com/site/2007/01/internal_corporate_memos.html )
are just not an option. I also can't send the over 10 pages of notes on how
to prepare calendar appointments to our clients. Does anyone have a decent
caution letter I can use?
Thanks!

No, and short of printing there isn't an easy way to do it when you have a
large number of appointments. My preferred method is to add the correct time
to the body or subject when I create the message - it's time consuming for
someone to go back and change it - but if they do it before the computer is
updated, they will know the correct time for the appointments.
