We are sharing calendars among two people in our office.
When our secretary puts in an appointment for 10am, it
shows up as 9am on my machine. This rings true for
whatever time she puts in; my clock is always one hour
behind hers. Any suggestions????

I've checked the time and time zone. Both are set
correctly for our time zone.

Make sure that both of your computers are set in the
same time zone. It took me a while to figure that out
for my system

Also make sure that on the time zone tab of your Date/Time
Properties that you have the box checked Automatically
adjust clock for daylight savings changes

Darren,

Have you found a fix for this? I am having the same
problems and feel that it's outlook related between
different versions but still can't nail it down. I'm
running SBS with all different versions of outlook. All
clocks are set the same and up to date.

Thanks,

Mike

I'm working on it.. Hopefully will know something more
tomorrow..It looks like a known problem by the number of
posts I have found on this forum. I'm looking for
Microsoft to chime in with a solution.

Check to make sure the "adjust for daylight savings time"
box is checked under Tools/Options/Preferences/Calendar
Options/Time Zone.

Has anyone found a fix to this yet?
My date, time, and auto adjust are all set the exact same, but the tim
is still off by an hour when users view others calendars
