Cal labels PDA transfer

I currently use Outlook 2003 on desktop & laptop. I have a
Toshiba Pocket PC with Active sync. When I enter Cal
events on one PC, sync to PDA and then sync to the other
Pc I lose all the label desiginations with their colors.
Is this a PCA issue, Active sync issue or outlook issue?
Any way to resolve this?
 
ActiveSync doesn't transfer calendar label information, possibly because the
PDA has no place to store it.
