Cacls error - the system cannot find the path specified

I am runing the following command from my W2000 server,
sP4.

CACLS * /e /t /c /g Administrators:F

It gets an error part of the way through:
"The system cannot find the path specified"

I cannot get past that certian point. I originally
thought it was a particular file causing the problem. I
deleted the file and it just got the error somewhere else.

Try to use *.* instead of just *
