As a testing purpose,I have blocked access to my c drive
using 'CACLS' command,but I don't know how to unblock
it .Now I'm not able to access my HDD .Please help me in
this regard as soon as possible.Thanks in advance.

Your post sounds like the story of the man who sawed
off the branch he was sitting on, just to test how well
this would work . . .

You have several of possibilities:
- Temporarily install your disk as a slave disk in some
other Win2000/XP PC, the restore the permissions.
- Boot your machine with a Bart boot CD
(http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/#download), then reset
the permissions. You will need a WinXP professional
CD plus a CD burner to manufacture the Bart CD.
- Do a clean installation of WinXP and all your applications.
