Caching mode - off

Looking for a way to programmatically turn off caching mode. We have over
1000 pcs deployed and have issues with caching mode and 5.5. We would like
to turn it off in the profile without effecting other profile customizations
(additional psts, added other mailboxes, etc.).

Why not use GPO

Where? I see disable caching mode for new profiles only.
