Cached Webpage Cannot Clear

I have a webpage that continues to come up on my computer even though it is
no longer valid. I've tried to clear all my history but each time I type in
the good web address, it automatically sends me to the index file that no
longer is live on the web.

Any idea how to clear this from my system? It is happening on both my
laptop and my desktop. I can go to other computers and it don't happen. Not
sure what settings, if any, I need to reset.

Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Temporary Internet Files
section > click on 'Delete Files' > checkmark in 'Delete all offline
content' > OK > OK. You may want to restart your browser.
