Cached streaming video

Does Windows XP cache downloaded video from the internet on the harddrive similar to Win2000, if so, where is it stored?
 
If it is cached it will be in the Temporary Internet Files....

C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
