it to Every visit to the page.

If I remember correctly, you can also do this manually by
going to the page and clicking refresh while holding down
CTRL.

Yup, another way is to hold CTRL and press F5.
I recommend keeping IE's setting though on Automatically,
and force refresh only whenever you think you might need
it.
