Cache Problem

hello,

sorry for my bad english.

is there any possibility to disable the IE cache in the system memory?
if I´m browsing to a web page like nasa.gov that contains a flash animation,
the memory usage from the ie will raise up to 40 MB, but if I´m leaving the
page, not the wohle memory will be free.

about:blank : 20MB -> www.nasa.gov : 40MB -> about:blank : 25MB

Windows will free the memory when it has a use for it.
