I'm trying to install a GIS application, and while doing
so, get the following error: error 1311, source file not
found .../ arcgis.cab. Verify that file exists, and you
have access to it. Running Win2000 SP4. Have copied
install disk to PC, also install over the network, no
luck. Tried a third machine. What could cause this error
