Cab File Build

So Microsoft got rid of the button to automate the building of a cab
file for a solution. Do I have to manually do this now via a command
prompt, if so, how? Why would they drop this feature from 2003 to
2005, it was so convenient?
 
They've got a CAB project that you can add to your solution.
This would be great, but I haven't been able to get it to work right.
Yet.

What part doesn't work? Does it report 'Cab file not created'?
I had a lot of problems with this and can advise if you need
assistance.
